Experiences
There are a number of places along the river Aude where you can have a most refreshing experience of Whitewater rafting! If you fancy something a little more placid, why not go kayaking on Lac Montbel or at the end of our road visit the newly created St Bertrand Recreational Park for a swim, paddle boarding, volleyball, the outdoor gym area or simply enjoy a picnic in one of the many picnic areas you will find there.
Try your hand at fly and/or coarse fishing in 1st and 2nd category rivers, come to practise rock climbing, or simply sit and enjoy the views from the river bank or the local cafés…

Gliding
The total silence is the thing you notice most when you first take to the skies to go gliding.
