Location

Le Waystation,
2905 Route de Laval,
Quillan, FRANCE 11500

Situated in the hamlet of Laval on the outskirts of Quillan (you can see us in the picture above) Le Waystation is surrounded by dramatic, forested mountains and big skies. Drive 2 minutes down our road and discover the newly opened landscaped park with a fantastic large swimming lake which is filtered every 24 hours and surrounded by a sandy beach if you fancy a bit of wild (but not too wild) swimming! Last summer I was in there every day (often having it to myself before midday).

Drive 3.5km down the road and you will find all the usual amenities you need in the real world, including large supermarket and 24 hour petrol station.

The town of Quillan boasts a numbers of restaurants, plenty of outdoor sports activities, fetes and weekly markets.

If you get to a small roundabout with a metal fish on it you have gone too far, turn around and take the first turn off (now on your left).
